REGISTRATION FORM FOR LKG ,UKG,I & II (FOR 2024)

1. Registration Forms will be available online on the school website (https://www.carmelschoolranchi.com) from 3rd Oct. 2023 to 30th Nov. 2023.
Cost of the Form : ₹ 700 (to be paid online while downloading the form & get the money receipt).

2. Age requirement:

For LKG : Candidate must be born in the year 2020 upto 29th February 2021.
For UKG : Candidate must be born in the year 2019 upto to 29th February 2020.
For Class I : Candidate must be born in the year 2018 upto 31st December 2018.
For Class II : Candidate must be born in the year 2017 upto to 31st December 2017.

Note: Condition should applied on D.O.B 1 January 2020 to 29th February 2021 & 1 January 2019 to 29th Fabruary 2020.

3. Caste : If SC / ST / OBC – please provide Caste Certificate of Child / Father / Mother

4. Aadhar : Copy of applicant’s Aadhar card is required

5. The following documents will be accepted as proof of birth: One attested photocopy of any one of the following document is acceptable:

a) Baptism Certificate (For Roman Catholic / Christian)
b) Birth Certificate from the:
     i) Municipal Corporation
     ii) Notified Area Committee
     iii) Office of Births and Deaths

6. One post card size photograph of both the parents with the applicant in between [size 10.5cmX5.5cm] be affixed in the place provided for on the registration form.

7. Result will be declared on 6th January2024 at 9:00a.m. in the school website

8. Duplicate Form:
Those who register their ward twice for the same class will be disqualified automatically.

9. The parents need to download the filled in Registration Form along with the money receipt and submit in the school office attached with the required documents before 30th November 2023.
